At Marwadi Farm, we take great care in packing and delivering our products. Since we deal in food items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for both customers and our team.
1. Returns Policy (Food Products)
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product was tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery
If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
2. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong item was delivered
- The package is opened or compromised upon delivery
To process your request, we may require:
- Order ID
- Photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Clear images of outer packaging and inner seal
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on product availability and your preference
Replacement delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of approval.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products opened or used after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Orders reported beyond the 24-hour window
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return/refund is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).
